MANDATORY COACHES MEETING

TIME: 1:00PM TO 3:00PM
ALL AYL BASEBALL COACHES MUST ATTEND THIS PRESEASON MEETING. WE WILL BE DISCUSSING THE SEASON, RULES CHANGES AND ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS.
2010 MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT
THE REGISTRAION FOR THE 2010 BASEBALL MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT IS NOW OPEN. ALL TEAMS INCLUDING AAA/MAJORS ARE WELCOME TO SIGN UP AND GET SOME EARLY SEASON GAMES. COST FOR THE TOURNAMENT IS $300 AND YOU WILL GET 3 GAMES GUARANTEED. TOURNAMENT PLAY WILL BEGIN THE WEEKEND OF MARCH 6TH

OPEN ELITE DIVISION UPDATE
After much effort and review by the AYL baseball board, we have unfortunately decided to not move forward on the open elite division for the upcoming 2010 baseball season. Although we feel that this level of play will be a benefit to the AYL baseball league, we just didn’t have enough interest to make it a go for this season. We, as a board, will continue to plan and market our efforts throughout this year to hopefully offer it again for the 2011 season. Thank you for your understanding.
